3 Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and should promptly notify ScoreAze of unauthorized access.

4 Educational Services

ScoreAze provides digital SAT, ACT, and other educational resources including mock tests, chapter-wise and subject-wise practice, analytics, study plans, goal planning, AI-assisted explanations, and learning dashboards. Features may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

5 Student, Parent, Teacher and School Accounts

Student accounts may be linked to parents, schools, or coaching centers. Authorized organizations may receive progress reports and analytics for educational purposes. Parents are responsible for supervising minor children using the platform.

6 Acceptable Use

Users shall not copy, reproduce, scrape, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, circumvent security, share accounts, upload malicious software, misuse AI tools, or use ScoreAze for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

7 Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, software, trademarks, graphics, branding, analytics, databases, and AI-generated educational content are owned by ScoreAze or its licensors. No content may be reproduced or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

8 AI Features

AI explanations are provided solely to support learning. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users should independently verify important academic information and official testing guidance.

9 Payments and Subscription Information

ScoreAze offers free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. ScoreAze does not store complete credit or debit card numbers.

When you subscribe, we may receive limited billing information including your name, email address, payment confirmation, billing status, transaction identifier, subscription plan, renewal date, and payment method type. This information is used to process payments, activate subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide receipts, respond to billing inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.

10 Subscription Management

Premium subscriptions provide access to eligible features such as unlimited mock tests, AI-powered learning tools, analytics, and study plans. Users may review, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions through their account settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals while access continues through the current paid billing period.

11 Automatic Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

12 Refund Policy

Except where required by law or expressly stated by ScoreAze, subscription fees are non-refundable. Promotional purchases, discounts, and special offers may be subject to separate terms.

13 Availability of Service

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, internet failures, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect access.

14 Suspension and Termination

ScoreAze may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, infringe intellectual property, compromise security, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal conduct.

15 Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoreAze is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific SAT, ACT, or academic outcomes, admissions, scholarships, or uninterrupted operation.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreAze and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoreAze from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

18 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Unless prohibited by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

19 Changes to the Terms

ScoreAze may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
